The company was founded in 1997 by entrepreneurs Jean and Per.
Their passion for cheese and meat products has positioned the company and its products to one of the strongest suppliers in the industry.
With good knowledge of raw materials, quality awareness and innovative thinking has developed its product portfolio to one of the strongest.
Österlen is based in Vellinge, 15 miles south of town, where also all production there. 2007 Norlico Holding acquires 100% of the company.
